Hello. Welcome to my space where I write about my adventures in engineering leadership and the spaces around and between it. I live in Denver, I like chiptunes and trash fiction, I love the people around me, and I do my best to live a happy life steeped in friendship and community.

I’ve been working in the tech space since 2007 (please don’t do the math). I’ve been a designer, an engineer, a product manager, an agile coach, a line manager, a director, and a handful of other things – I am very much a generalist. Titles don’t mean a lot to me so much as the work I get to do. If tomorrow I can do more of the things that make me and the people I work with more fulfilled than yesterday, I’d call that a win 😎
